What do I offer?

I offer small-group strength development classes, personal training and personal nutrition coaching. Each group class focusses on strength development, mobility, stability and balance. If you require more PERSONALISED FITNESS + NUTRITION, you can book a personal training session or a personal fitness and nutrition session. At these one-on-one sessions, I will be able to spend the time finding out about your lifestyle, restrictions, dietary requirements etc and tailor a fitness and/or nutrition program to personally suit you. Would you rather SHARE A PT? You and a friend can arrange for a private training session with me and share the cost between two. (A small surcharge is added for each additional person.)

What sort of classes do you offer?

The classes will be run in small groups with Personal Trainer Cate Rainbow who will support everyone to ensure proper movement and prevent injury. There will be a blend of weights and body weight exercises. No high-intensity exercises and no high-impact exercises. We are all about SLOW and CONTROLLED. Personal training sessions are also an option as well as personalised nutrition coaching sessions where a comprehensive nutrition plan is created to support your health goals.
